STAND AREA IN THE EXHIBITION HALL

Limited stand space will be available in the exhibition hall for companies wishing to introduce their products and services. Companies reserving stand space will receive complimentary registration and accommodation (1 single or double room).

As the number of stands is limited, priority will be given in order of application.

Stand dimensions are 2 x 3 = 6 m2, the fee is 6,000 € including VAT. Those who wish can take more than one stand.

Stand owners will be featured on the congress website and social media accounts of Besd-Bir from the date of their sponsorship. In addition, a redirect is made to the company web page in the digital congress book.

50% of the stand fees must be paid in advance, the balance must be paid on 26 February 2027 at the latest.

If 50% of the stand fees is paid in advance and the balance is paid by 25 September 2026 at the latest, a 10% discount will be applied accordingly.
