STAND AREA IN THE EXHIBITION HALL

Limited stand area will be available in the exhibition hall for companies who would like to introduce their business and they will provide free registragion and accommodation right (1 double or single room).

Because of the number of stands is limited, priority will be given in order of application.

The stands are 2 x 3 = 6 m² and the fee is 6,000 € + 18% VAT. Those who desire can take more than one stand. The second and more stand fare is € 5,000 + 18% VAT.

Stand owners take place on the congress website and social media accounts of Besd-Bir from the date of their sponsorship. In addition, a redirect is made to the company web page in the digital congress book.

50% of the stand fees must be paid in advance, the balance must be paid on 31 January 2023 at the latest.

If 50% of the stand fees is paid in advance and the balance is paid on 29 August 2022 at the latest, a 10% discount will be applied accordingly.
