Sponsorship Packages

Sponsorship fees include VAT.

Sponsors take place on the congress website and social media accounts of Besd-Bir from the date of their sponsorship. In addition, a redirect is made to the company web page in the digital congress book.

50% of the sponsorship fees must be paid in advance, the balance must be paid on 26 February 2027 at the latest.

If 50% of the sponsorship fees is paid in advance and the balance is paid by 25 September 2026 at the latest, a 10% discount will be applied accordingly.

Main Sponsorship: Limited to one company. Complimentary registration and accommodation (3 single rooms or double rooms ), its logo as the main sponsor will be placed on the top of all digital and printed materials. Free Stand area (2 piece) in the exhibition hall, insert into congress briefcase (2 pieces).

Platinium Sponsorship: Complimentary registration and accommodation (2 single rooms or double rooms),their logos will be placed below or nect to the main sponsor in all digital and printed materials. Free Stand area (1 piece) in the exhibition hall, insert into congress briefcase (2 pieces).

Gold Sponsorship: Complimentary registration and accommodation (2 single rooms or double rooms), their logos will be placed below or next to the platinum sponsor in all digital and printed materials. Free Stand area (1 piece) in the exhibition hall, insert into congress briefcase (1 pieces).

Silver Sponsorship: Complimentary registration and accommodation (1 single rooms or double rooms) their logos will be placed below or next to the gold sponsor in all digital and printed materials. Insert into congress briefcase (1 piece).

Bronze Sponsorship: Complimentary registration and accommodation (1 single room or double room), their logos will be placed below or next to the silver sponsor in all digital and printed materials.

Gala Dinner Sponsorhip: Limited to one company. Complimentary registration and accommodation (2 single rooms or double rooms), logos and/or flags are placed in the venue where the gala dinner will be held. Insert into congress briefcase (1 piece).

Offical Lanyard Sponsorship: Limited to one company. Complimentary registration and accommodation (1 single room or double room), name and/or logo will be printed on the lanyard. Insert into congress briefcase (1 piece).

Pocket Program Sponsorship: Limited to one company. Complimentary registration and accommodation (1 single room or double room), The Sponsor Company has the right to print its logo on the pocket program that will be given to all participants. Insert into
congress briefcase (1 piece).

Congress Briefcase Sponsorship: Limited to one company. Complimentary registration and accommodation (1 single room or double room), its logo will be printed on the congress briefcase, Insert into congress briefcase (1 piece).

Congress Briefcase Insert Sponsorship: One insert or promotional material into the congress briefcase.

Welcome Cocktail Sponsorship: Limited to one company. Complimentary registration and accommodation (1 single room or double room), logos and/or flags are placed in the venue where the welcome party will be held. Insert into congress briefcase (1 piece).

Water Bottle Sponsorship: Limited to one company. Complimentary registration and accommodation (1 single room or double room), logo sticker will be placed on the water bottles that will be on the tables in meeting rooms. Insert into congress briefcase (1 piece).

Water Dispanser Sponsorship: Limited to one company. Complimentary registration and accommodation (1 single room or double room), The Sponsor Company has the right to cover the water dispensers that will be placed at the lounges with company visuals and having company logo on the cups on the dispensers. Insert into congress briefcase (1 piece).

Hotel Key Card Sponsorship: Limited to one company. Complimentary registration and accommodation (1 single room or double room), its logo will be printed on the hotel key card. Insert into congress briefcase (1 piece).

Notebook-Pen Sponsorship: It’s limited with only one company. Free registration and accommodation right (1 single room or double room), its logo printed on the notebook and pen. Insert into congress briefcase (1 piece).

Coffee Break Sponsorship: Limited to one company. Complimentary registration and accommodation (1 single room or double room), The Sponsor Company has the right to place its company flags and banners at the coffee break area. Insert into congress briefcase (1 piece).

Congress App Sponsorship: Limited to one company. Complimentary registration and accommodation (1 single room or double room), The logo should be included on the opening screen of the application specially prepared for the congress. Insert into congress briefcase (1 piece).

Direction Signs Sponsorship: Limited to one company. Complimentary registration and accommodation (1 single room or double room), The Sponsor Company has the right to print its logo on the direction signs that will be placed on Congress Center including lobby, exhibit halls and meeting halls. Insert into congress briefcase (1 piece).

Organising Committee invites companies to organise, scientifically oriented satellite symposia with a well balanced programme. The satellite symposia will be scheduled outside of the official scientific programme, which gives congress participants an opportunity to attend the symposia.

Detailed content of symposia; including topics, speakers and it’s format must be documented to the congress secretariat and approved by the scientific committee.

The satellite symposium fee is 15,000 € including VAT.

The company will have the opportunity to place promotional materials in the hall during the symposia. The fee also includes Complimentary registration and accommodation (1 single room or double room), Free Stand area (1 piece) and insert into congress briefcase (1 piece).

Satellite symposia information will be presented in the scientific program.
