• The above figures are total prices for an all-inclusive 4- day package.
• Price consist of; registration fee, accommodation (ultra all inclusive), welcome cocktail and gala dinner.
• Registration can not be used by dividing the package. The registration package is valid for the sole participant. It is not transferable and cannot be used alternately.
• Daily Registration Fee; 1 day access to the congress and exhibition area, lunch, coffee breaks and congress book.

Application For Registration and Accommodation

Application for registration and accommodation will be accepted by 20 March 2025, Priority will be given in order to the payment and registration date in the case of room restriction.

Cancellation of Registration and Accommodation

• All request of cancellation may only be e-mailed to papyon@papyon.com.tr.
• Cancellations can be made before 15 February 2025, 75% of the payment will be refunded.  Refunds will be made after the congress.
• No refund will be available for cancellation after 15 February 2025.
