• The above figures are total prices for an all-inclusive 4-day package.
• Prices consist of; registration fee, accommodation (ultra all inclusive), welcome cocktail and gala dinner.
• Registration cannot be used by dividing the package. The registration package is valid for the sole participant. It is not transferable and connot be used alternately.
• Daily Registration Fee; 1-day access to the congress and exhibition area, lunch, coffee breaks and congress book.
• Registration and accommodation fees will be waived for academics whose oral presentations have been accepted. This support is limited solely to the presenter of the paper.
• Academics whose poster presentations have been accepted will receive a 60% discount on registration and accommodation fees. This discount is limited solely to the presenter of the poster.

Application For Registration and Accommodation

Application for registration and accommodation will be accepted by 19 March 2027. Priority will be given in order to the payment and registration date in the case of room restriction.

Cancellation of Registration and Accommodation

• All request of cancellation may only be e-mailed to papyon@papyon.com.tr.
• Cancellations can be made before 12 February 2027, 75% of the payment will be refunded. Refunds will be made after the congress.
• No refund will be available for cancellation after 12 February 2027.
