Diagnosis, prevention and control of Infectious laryngotracheitis(ILT) in broilers and broiler breeders
Baris Sareyyupoglu was born in Ankara in 1975. After completion of primary and secondary education in Ankara, he graduated from TED Ankara College in 1993. He qualified as a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine after graduation from Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Ankara University in 1998. In the same year, he started his career as a research assistant in the Department of Microbiology, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Ankara University. In 2003, he finished his PhD thesis. He became associate professor in 2008, and professor in 2014. He is still working at the Department of Microbiology, Faculty of Veterinary Medicine, Ankara University as an academician. He also is working as a consultant in Technology Transfer Office in Ankara University since 2015. His current memberships are; Member of Turkish Society of Microbiology, Member of the Veterinary Microbiologists Association, Member of the Turkish Branch of World Veterinary Poultry Association, Member of Association for Evaluation and Accreditation of Educational Institutions and Programs of Veterinary Medicine, Member of Turkish Branch of World Association for Buiatrics. He has an excellent competence of reading, speaking, and writing in English. He is married and the father of two children.
