Enzyme experiences and practical application strategies on broiler nutrition
İbrahim Çiftci is currently a Professor in the Department of Animal Science at the Ankara University, Turkey. He received both his M.Sc. and Ph.D. from Ankara University. His research interests include feed manufacturing, feed ingredients, feed additives (specifically feed enzymes and amino acids), optimal feed formulations for early nutrition applications (in ovo and pre-starter) in meat type broilers and turkeys, evaluation of digestive system development (morphological & enzymatic) and broiler carcasses.
